This entity shall process the data confidentially, with the exclusive purpose of offering the requested services, with all legal and security guarantees mandated by the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999, dated 13 December (hereinafter, the LOPD) and Spanish Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce. SER O NO SER S.L undertakes to not transfer, sell or share the data to and with third parties without your express consent.

Additionally, SER O NO SER S.L. shall cancel or rectify the data when incorrect, incomplete or no longer necessary or pertinent for their purpose, pursuant to the LOPD.

The user may withdraw consent and exercise rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose, addressing SER O NO SER S.L.’S corporate office to this end, duly identifying him or herself and visibly indicating the specific right exercised. SER O NO SER S.L adopts pertinent security levels required by the LOPD and its implementing regulations.

Notwithstanding, SER O NO SER S.L. shall not be held liable in any way for the harm and damages stemming from modifications that third parties may make to IT systems, electronic documents or files belonging to the user.

SER O NO SER S.L. may use cookies in providing website services. Cookies are physical personal information files hosted on the user’s own device. It is the user’s responsibility to adjust his or her browser settings to avoid creation of cookies or to alert that they are being created.

If the user decides to leave our website through web links that do not belong to our entity, SER O NO SER S.L. shall not be held liable for said websites’ privacy policies, nor for the cookies that they may store on the user’s computer.
